🛍️ Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? Add the desired product to your cart, then follow the payment steps. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is validated.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as other payment methods offered by Shopify. All transactions are 100% secure.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible at contact.corplibre@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.


🚚 Delivery

What are the delivery times? Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are then 7 to 14 business days for metropolitan France and 8 to 20 days for the rest of Europe.

Is delivery free? Yes, delivery is free for all orders over €39.

How can I track my order? An email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.

My package hasn't arrived, what should I do? If your package has not arrived after 30 days, contact us at contact.corplibre@gmail.com and we will find a solution quickly.

Can I return a product? Yes, you have 30 days from receipt to return a product in its original condition.

How do I request a refund? Send us an email at contact.corplibre@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24 to 48 hours with instructions.

How long does it take to get a refund? The refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and validation of the return, via the same payment method used for the purchase.


🩺 Products & Use

Are Corp Libre products medical devices? No. Our products are therapeutic wellness supplements. They do not replace medical advice or treatment. In case of serious pathology, consult your doctor.

How long does it take to feel the effects? The first effects are generally felt after a few days of regular use. For optimal results, use your products 2 to 6 hours per day continuously.

Are there any contraindications for the products? The use of therapeutic magnets is not recommended for people with pacemakers or metallic implants. If in doubt, consult your doctor before use.

Are the products suitable for everyone? Our products are designed for adults. They adapt to most body types thanks to their adjustable systems.
